Change the Gateway ID as a Tenovi Admin

1. Log Into Tenovi.com

  1. Enter username or email
  2. Enter Password
  3. Click on the LOG IN Button

2. Go to the Device Dashboard

  1. Enter Name
  2. Click on Search category

3. Search for Patient's Gateway ID

  • Click on the Specific Gateway ID

4. Update the Gateway ID

  1. Update the Gateway ID
  2. Confirm the Gateway ID
  3. Click on the Edit Device button

5. Confirm the update

  1. Read Notice
  2. Click OK
