- Open a new webpage and go to access.vitelhealth.com
- Click on Continue with Google and Select your Google email address used to create your account
2. Click on the RPM/CCM Remote Patient Monitoring Tile
3. Click on the View Data Management System Button
4. You are on the RPM-CCM Dashboard
