1. Log Into ehr.vitelhealth.com and enter the dashboard
- Enter Email or Username
- Enter Password
- Click on LOG IN Button
2. Open the Manage Clients Page from My Dashboard
- Open the My Admin Settings Tab
- Select Clients.
3. Select Client and open the Edit Clients page.
Select the client line and click on the Edit Client Button.
4. Go to Client Onboarding Requests Page
Click on Onboarding Requests
5. Open the Pending Order Form
- Click on the Pending Order Form URL Link
- Click on the SUBMIT Button
6. Open the Client's EHR and Complete the Patient Order Form
7. Create the Order
Click on the Create Order Form Button
