Use disposable rubber gloves
1. Test Devices
- Inspect for damage and document the condition
- Turn Device on and off
- Remove Batteries and test with Battery Tester, replace batteries if necessary
- Configure device and take a measurement to upload to the demo patient account
2. Configure and Upload a Measurement
- Set Gateway ID and Add Devices to Inventory Patient Account
- Take Measurement and confirm the data has been uploaded.
- Troubleshoot if there is a malfunction.
3. Clean Devices
- Wipe down the device with a medical disinfectant wipes e.g. Calvi Wipes and Dry it with a paper towel.
4. Repackage Devices
- Dust off the original device box.
- Place the device into the box including any instruction sheets.
5. Update Documentation
- Update the RMA Tracker Checklist
- Add any additional notes
