A Login to RingCentral

B Select Caller ID

C Dial Patient

1. Open RingCentral in Google Chrome
2. Click Sign in

3. Click Google

4. Click your account

5. Click Phone
6. Click Keypad

1. Go to My caller ID
2. Click number that is local to patient
   • If you're unsure, go to VH Client Details to check the Client's Time Zone

To call patient, you can type telephone number as indicated in step 1. If you created a RingCentral contact, skip to step 3.

1. Type number of patient
2. Click Dial (no further steps needed)

3. Type the name
4. Click on name to start call with patient
