Create Contact in RingCentral as an Enrollment Specialist

When calling a patient for the first time, create a contact for this patient. This will help with numerous outreach attempts as well giving the patient a caller ID.

A. Login to Ring Central

  1. Go to Ring Central
  2. Click Sign in

3. Click Google

4. Click your account

B. Create Contact

  1. Click on the Contacts icon
  1. Click + icon
  2. Click Create new contact
  3. Keep RingCentral Open

C. Find Patient Info In Zoho

  1. Go to Zoho
  2. Click Sign In

3. Click Google

4. Click your account

5. Click Patients

6. Click Patient's Name

7. Go to Patient Name and Copy name (ctrl C)

  1. Go to RingCentral
  2. Go to First Name and paste (Ctrl V)
  1. Go to Zoho
  2. Go to Cell and copy number (Ctrl C)
  1. Go to RingCentral
  2. Go to Phone number and paste number
  3. If you need to add a home number, click + and repeat steps 10-13 for home number
  4. Click Save
