TABLE OF CONTENTS
A. Login to NetExtender VPN
1. Go to Desktop and click NetExtender VPN App
2. Click Connect
- Click App (if needed)
- Go to your phone's Authenticator App and note the authenticator pin that appears
- In NetExtender VPN App, go to passcode and enter pin
- Click Continue
7. Verify NetExtender VPN says "Connected"
B. Login to The Maxwell Group ECW
- Click VH Client Details
- In VH Client Details, click EHR tab
3. Go to eClinicalWorks row and copy vitelcoach1 (highlight ctrl C)
4. Go to Desktop and click VitelHealth RDP app
- Click eClinical Works
- Go to username and paste username (press ctrl V)
- Click Next
- Go to VH Client Details and copy password in black box (select and press ctrl C)
- Go to VitelHealth RDP app and paste password (press ctrl V)
- Click Log In
- Optional: Go to VH Client Details and click X to close file
C. Find Patient
- Click search patient button
- Go to search bar and enter patient last name, first name
- Click on patient name
D. Find Patient Information in ECW
- Click on INFO and see
- Patient's Name
- Address
- Telephone Number(s)
- Email Address
- Date of Birth
- Sex
- Insurance (Ensure that Insurance is Active. Inactive insurance have an X beside them.)
- Double click insurance (example double click Medicare) to see more details and to copy information.
E. Find Patient Diagnosis
- In Patient Information, click X
- If you cannot see Overview and Problem list, click green arrow. If you can, skip to step 3.
- Click Overview.
- Go to Problem List and click +
- Search for chronic conditions
F. Find Patient's Appointments Scheduled
- Click Progress Notes
2. Click drop down button
3. All notes organized by date of appointment will appear (past and future appointments scheduled)
G. Find Patient's Scanned Insurance Card
1. From Patient hub, click Patient Docs
2.Go to Patient Documents, click +
3. Click on Primary Insurance or some other similar wording
