Cancel Device Order on Tenovi and Dashboard as an Enrollment Specialist

1. Cancel Shipment in Tenovi

  1. Go to Tenovi
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Click Log In
  1. Use Authenticator App or Text Verification to complete login
  2. Click Devices
  1. Find Patient's Device
    1. If patient's device was found under Pending Device Status, go to step 6.
    2. If you cannot find patient's device, click All and use the search bar if needed. If patient's device was found under Shipped or Delivered, device must be shipped. Once the patient receives the equipment, initiate equipment return process. No further steps required in this HDI.
  2. Click Cancel Pending Order Icon

7. Click Yes, cancel order

8. Verify device is gone from the Device Dashboard

  1. Login to Dashboard
  2. Go to Search and type Patient's Name
  3. Go to Health Coach and remove your name from field by hovering mouse over down arrow and clicking X

4. Click on Patient Name

  1. Click Devices
  2. Click Deactivate

7. Click Deactivate

8. Go to Device Status Histories and see that it says Unlinked
