1. Open your Welcome Email
Medical Staff will send a welcome email inviting you to set your password before logging into your portal.
- Note your username
- Click on "Click Here" Link
2. Set your password
- Enter your Username or an email address
- Enter your selected password
- Confirm your selected password
- Click on the SUBMIT button
3. Log in with your new password
- Enter Username or Email
- Enter Password
- Optionally check Remember Me if you want to save your credentials on your secure personal computer
4. You are successfully logged in on your Dashboard
If you are unable to find your welcome email, check your SPAM folders or Reset your password by email and follow the prompts.
