Reset My Password In the Vitel Portal

This HDI applies to all users.

1. Go to Log In page: ehr.vitelhealth.com

Click on "email" link

Alternatively, you can reset using your SMS Text.

2. Enter your E-Mail Address

3. Open your Password Help in your email client

  1. Note your username
  2. Click on the "Click Here" link

4. Reset your password

  1. Enter your username or email address
  2. Enter your selected password
  3. Confirm your selected password
  4. Click on the SUBMIT button

5. Log In to your portal

  1. Enter your Email or Username
  2. Enter your new password
  3. Check the "Remember Me" box if you want to save your credentials on a secure personal computer
  4. Click on the LOG IN button

6. You are on your Dashboard and have successfully logged in
