2. Enter email address
3. Reset Password email sent
Email will be sent to you (The reset link is only good for 60 minutes)
4. Open Password Help Email
Go to email and locate email titled "ViTel Health - Password Help from ViTel Health"
- Note username for your records
- Click on the "Click Here" link
5. Reset Your Password
- Enter your username or email address
- Enter your selected password
- Confirm your selected password
- Click on the SUBMIT button
6. Log In to Account
- Enter your Email or Username
- Enter your new password
- Check the "Remember Me" box if you want to save your credentials on a secure personal computer
- Click on the LOG IN button
