Go to Ring Central on either Admin Portal or Ring Central App

Login by signing in with Google (using your ViTel Health Email)

On Admin Portal: Click Voicemail Greeting

On Ring Central: At the bottom left corner, click Settings

Under Phone
Voicemail Settings
Click Voicemail Greeting

Change Default to Custom

Click Red Circle to record voicemail greeting
Click Play Symbol to listen to your custom greeting

Once you are satisfied with your voicemail greeting, click Save

Send message in Training Slack Channel and tag Kristy & Annabelle to inform you have recorded your voicemail.
