1. Click on Employee Handbook to open All Employees in Employee Resources
2. Review Employee Handbook
3. Once reviewed, click File > Make a copy
4. Change name "Copy of" and insert your name.
5. Change Folder to My Drive
6. Click Make a copy
7. Copy will open, scroll to bottom of handbook. Insert Name, Signature, and Date.
8. Download Employee Handbook as a PDF Document
9. Login to Gmail using work Google Account and click Compose
10. Fill out details:
To: Manager & Annabelle
Subject: "Employee Handbook Signed"
11. Click Attach Files
Select signed handbook document
12. Click Send
*You can confirm your email was sent by going to sent folder on the left hand side
