Vitel is setup to provide tier 2,3 and 4 level support (at screensteps/vitel.com) after clients attempt to provide initial tier 1 support. Patients and other users in each client can be directed to company links, telephone numbers or email addresses for first level client support. Fields are edited on the Client Page. Each field defaults to inherit its parent client and should be reviewed and edited during setup and implementation.
Log In to Your Client Admin Account
- Click on the My Admin Settings Header.
- Select Clients in the dropdown list.
Update the Support Link and Numbers Fields
- Email Support - Add an address that user clients can email for 1st level support.
- Support Link - Add a link to your client support page web.
- Support Number - Add a telephone number to reach your client support department.
- Contact Link - Add a link for the general contact web page.
- About Link - Add a web page link to your company's about page.
Fields can be left blank when needed.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to click on the SUBMIT button.
