Update My Client's System Emails as a Client Admin (copied)

Log In to Your VitelHealth Portal

Log in to your VitelHealth portal.

  1. Click on the My Admin Settings tab
  2. Select Email Admin in the dropdown menu

Edit the System Emails

Click on Preview to view the current email template.

  1. Select the client under the Employer field
  2. Click on the EDIT button

Update the template with your company name and contact information

  1. Edit the Subject line, body and signature
  2. Click on the SUBMIT button

Update all other system email templates in your client.

Subclients lower in the heirarchy will initially inherit the parent client first. Once the lower level clients are changed, then it will no longer automatically inherit from the parent and must be edited directly in each subclient.
