1. Login to Zoho and Sign in using Google using your ViTel Health Email https://accounts.zoho.com/signin?servicename=ZohoCRM

2. Choose account to login to

3. Click on CRM Teamspace
4. Click ViTel Team

5. Click Patients

6. Click on Search records

7. Type in Patient's Name
8. Click on Correct Patient
