This article goes over how to create, save, apply, and adjust personal filters in Zoho.

Find Filter in Zoho
- Login to Zoho and Sign in using Google using your ViTel Health Email
2. Choose account to login to
3. Click Patients
- Click Filter
Create a Filter for Direct Referrals with No Outreaches
This is your first priority in calling.
- Go to Filter Patients by, search "patient owner" and click box for Patient Owner
- Go to Patient Owner and click on your name
- Click X
- Go to Filter Patients by and click X
- Type Status and then click box for Status
- Click onboard_covered
- Go to Filter Patients by and click X
- Type Outreach and check box for Outreach Call No.
- Choose is empty
- Go to Filter Patients by and click X
- Type Direct and check box for Direct Referral
- Click Apply Filter

Create a Filter for Scrubbed Patients with No Outreaches
The following filter will be for patients that are assigned to you, who are fully covered, who have had no outreaches AND have been scrubbed. Scrubbed means that the patient's chart information including their physician and diagnosis' have been added in Zoho.
- Repeat steps 1- 10 in Create a Filter for Direct Referrals with No Outreaches
- Go to Filter Patients by and click X
- Type Patient
- Check box for Patient Physician
5. Select is not empty
- Go to Filter Patients by and click X
- Type CCM
- Check box for CCM Care Plan Health Condition
9. Select doesn't contain
10. Go to doesn't contain and type ecw
11. Click Apply Filter
12. Click for instructions to Save Filter
Save and Apply Filter
Saving this filter makes it easy to access every time you open Zoho.
1. Click Save Filter
- Type your Filter Name
- Click Save
4. To apply filter, click Filter Name
Create a Filter for 2nd, 3rd and 4th Calls
- Click saved filter name for Scrubbed Patients with No Outreaches
- Go to Outreach Call No., and select is
- Go to Outreach Call No. is and select 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th
- Click Apply Filter
- Save Filter using Save Filter Steps
Adjust Filter to NOT include a Doctor
- Go to Saved Filters and click filter that you want to adjust
- Go to Patient Physician and click doesn't contain
- Go to Patient Physician doesn't contain and type doctor's name as it appears in Zoho
- If there are doctors that you want to avoid, separate them by a comma
4. Click Apply Filter
Adjust Filter to NOT include an Insurance
- Go to Saved Filters and click filter that you want to adjust
- Go to Payer Name and check box
- Click doesn't contain
- Go to Payer Name doesn't contain and type insurance name as it appears in Zoho
- If there are multiple insurances that you want to avoid, separate them by a comma.
- Repeat steps 2-3 for Secondary Payer Name
- Click Apply Filter
