1. Login to Dashboard
2. Go to Search and type Patient's Name
3. Go to Health Coach and remove your name from field by hovering mouse over down arrow and clicking X

4. Click on Patient Name

5. Click Devices

6. Click Order Devices

7. Click Drop Ship

8. In Select Device, click Tenovi BPM L 

9. Click Order Device

10. Repeat steps 6-9 for Tenovi scale
11. Click Tasks

12. Click Add Task

13. In Select Task Type, enter rpm
14. In Assigned User, choose Health coach
15. In Description, type Follow up on Devices Received
16. In Due Date, click calendar and choose the date one week prior to the first CCM/RPM appointment
17. Click Start Task
