1. Log in to your VitelHealth Coordinator Portal.
2. Click on the Create Encounter Button
3. Search For Your Patient
- Enter Search Criteria
- Click on Find Patient
If no such patient is found then then you must create a new patient before moving to the next step.
4. Search for an Available Provider
- Select the visit type
- Enter search criteria
- Click on the Search button
Check the Include Offline Providers checkbox if the Provider is not On Duty.
5. Enter Chief Complaint and Click on the Start Encounter Button
6. You Are Ready to Start the New Encounter
