This HDI applies to all users.
1. Go to Log In page: ehr.vitelhealth.com
Click on "email" link
Alternatively, you can reset using your SMS Text.
2. Enter your E-Mail Address
3. Open your Password Help in your email client
- Note your username
- Click on the "Click Here" link
4. Reset your password
- Enter your username or email address
- Enter your selected password
- Confirm your selected password
- Click on the SUBMIT button
5. Log In to your portal
- Enter your Email or Username
- Enter your new password
- Check the "Remember Me" box if you want to save your credentials on a secure personal computer
- Click on the LOG IN button
6. You are on your Dashboard and have successfully logged in
