1. Select Visit Prevented
This field is to indicate what type of visit was prevented as a result of this Encounter. Select one to include on your reports.
2. Review the Patient Details and Perform Patient Task
- Upload any new patient files
- If any of the patient details need to be edited, click on the Edit Patient button.
- Click on the Manage Health button to start the Patient Intake
- Send a private portal message directly to the patient.
