1. Log In to the Portal
URL Address:
For Live Production data: ehr.vitelhealth.com
For Training and Testing: qa.vitelhealth.com
- Enter: Username or Email
- Enter: Password
- Click: Login
2. Log Out of the Portal
Click on "Log Out."
3. You are successfully logged out.
