3.5 Complete Patient Intake as Clinical Staff

1. Triage the Patient

Click on Triage on the left sidebar of the screen.

The optional Triage patient button is to determine whether the patient is ill enough to be sent to the Emergency Room based on a set of standard medical questions.  If the the patient should be seen by an Emergency room doctor, the system will flag the Coordinator who immediately refer the patient to call 911.

2. Update the Patient's Vitals

  1. Click on the Vitals button
  2. Update the patient vitals

 

3. Update the Patient History

Click on the Manage Health Button to add additional details

4. Review Patient Systems

  1. Click Review of Systems on left sidebar
  2. Provide additional injury details.  
  3. Click on other tabs to add special details.
  4. Click on Save.
