The Supervising Clinican signs off on all reports of the treating physician.
1. Select Supervising Clinician
Click on the drop down field in the Supervising Clinician Section of the Encounter Overview page.
- Click on the down arrow of the Supervising Clinician Section of the Encounter Overview page.
- Select the supervising clinician.
2. Click on View Soap Note to open the Soap Note
3. Review Treating and Supervising Signature on the Encounter Note.
Both signatures will be added to all signed reports for the selected Encounter.
