3.7 Start the Encounter with the Patient as Clinical Staff

1. Complete the SOAP Notes

  1. Fill out the Subjective, Objective and Assessment portions of the SOAP Note.
  2. Add any private Provider Notes.
  3. Add any notes to the coordinator.

2. Complete the SOAP Notes

  1. Add the ICD-10 Codes
  2. Write up the Treatment Plan
  3. Confirm the follow up.
  4. Add Any Orders.
  5. Click on the SOAP Note Button

3. Save and Close the Encounter Note

  1. Review the Encounter Note
  2. Save it
  3. Close it
