Log in to your Tenovi account.

Go to Devices

• Enter Pt Name or Gateway ID
• Select ALL
• Click View Supply Data Icon

Then Click Request Supplies

Information will already be filled out
Confirm everything is correct
Click Request Supplies

It will show under Special Orders
Copy Order # to enter in dashboard

Go to patient chart on dashboard

• Start Note/Task (record button)
• Task Type: rpm
• Description: Refill of Test Strips & Lancets Ordered
• Click Star Task
• Template: .RefillStripsLancetsOrdered
• Update Order #
• Update if notified
• Update Name of Health Coach
• Duration in Minutes: minimum of 5 minutes
• Click End Task
