Batteries for Tenovi Devices:
BP Monitor: four AAA batteries
Pox: two AAA batteries
Glucose Monitor: two coin batteries
Scale: three AAA batteries
Gateway: four AA batteries (but should use cord to plug into an outlet unless they do not have a cord)

1. Go to RPM Order Batteries Sheet

2. Fill out information as shown

Date: Date you are inputting for the order
VH Name: Your name
Patient First & Last Name
Mailing Address
Device 1 & Battery Type
Device 2 & Battery Type
Device 3 & Battery Type
Device 4 & Battery Type

Tag Colin to create order by:

1. Right Click on Patient's Name
2. Click Comment
3. @Colin
4. Check mark to Assign to Colin Siaw
5. Assign
