Reset Patient's Password as a Health Coach

1. Reset password

  1. Go to ehr.vitelhealth.com
  2. Click Reset "Email" (or sms if have no email)

2. Enter Patient's Email Address

Input patient's email address (It should be the exact email address on the patients chart in dashboard)

3. Patient  Completes their Reset for Their Password

Email will be sent to the patient (The reset link is only good for 60 minutes)

*If they need assistance afterwards, go to Reset Password for my ViTel Account as a patient
