1. Go to https://access.vitelhealth.com/ and login by Continue with Google using your ViTel Health Email.

2. Go to RPM/CCM Remote Patient Monitoring

3. Click View Data Management System

4. It will automatically bring you to Patients. Wait 10 seconds for it to load (as shown) to view your patients.

5. Search Patient
6. Open up patient Chart

7. Click SMS

8. Type message to text box
9. Click Send

10. SMS will send
11. A new task will be created and show in red
12. X out of SMS

13. Click Task
14. Edit newest task

15. Add info
        Task Type
        Description
        Assigned User
        Note (can copy description, unless you have more notes to add)
16. Click arrows to show SMS messages (verify this task has your SMS message)

17. SMS will show below (if empty, SMS is not connected to that task note)
18. Add/Edit Info
        Next Appointment Date (if any)
        Duration in minutes
19. Click Close

20. Click Notes
21. Note will show in Notes List

To verify Note with SMS messages
A. Click See Note
B. Click arrows to see SMS messages
