Forward calls to HealthCare Coach starting today on Ring Central

  1. Login to Ring Central
  2. Click on your profile Icon
  3. Click Call Rules

If it shows the yellow part "All calls forward to HealthCare Coach (Ext.1)", Click the slide button to turn on.

If it does not already show the yellow part "All calls forward to HealthCare Coach (Ext.1)", go on to next step

Click "Forward all calls"

Click "Forward the call"
Search for HealthCare Coach

It will show "Settings saved successfully".
