Log-in to your ViTel Health Email

Click Settings

Click All Settings

Scroll down to Signature

Click +Create New

Insert name of your signature. Example "Name" Health Coach

Click Create

Copy the information below and add your First & Last Name and direct number

(Note: You should only put the title Health Coach, and certifications you have as Health Coach, example National Board Certified. If you are a nurse or any other title, do not place it UNLESS you were hired as that title.)

Change Signature Defaults to your new signature

Click Save Changes

Click Compose to see signature

Send email to Kristy & Annabelle

Subject: Signature Added

Click Send
