Forward calls to HealthCare Coach for a period of time on Ring Central

  1. Login to Ring Central
  2. Click on your profile Icon
  3. Click Call Incoming call rules

4. Click to turn on "Forward all calls"

5. Click on right arrow

6. Click on them to change it.

7. Click Call queue

8. Click HealthCare Coach

Click Add Schedule

Set ALL day

Set the Start date and End date

Then click Set

Click Save

It will show "Settings saved successfully" and show you the dates and times when the calls will be forwarding.
