Set Up Auto Reply Text Messages on Ring Central when off work for 2 or more days as a Health Coach

1. Go to Ring Central Ring Central App

2. Login by "Sign in with Google" (using your ViTel Health Email)

3. Click Settings on left side bar

4. Click Text

5. Click Manage next to "Reply to all texts"

6. Insert Message content and edit fields in [ ]:
Hello! I’m out of the office from [Date] to [Date], and will be back on [Date].
If you need anything in the meantime, please either call the ViTel Health Team at 800-839-6207, text 415-839-9307, email at [email protected], or call/text [HC Name] at [HC Number]. I’ll follow up after I return on [Date]. Thank you for your patience!

7. Frequency either 1 time per day (or 1 time per hour)

 

8. Change schedule with start date, star time, and end date, and end time. (This should be as early on the first day you leave and end of day on your last day)

9. Click Save

It should now update and show:
10. Your workflow is saved.
11. Manage switch blue on the right side
