Log in to your Tenovi account.

Go to Devices

Search Patient Name and/or Gateway ID
Select All
Find Device
Click View Measurement Data

Find the reading Under Value
To the left you'll see the Timestamp & Created Date/Time

Note:
Timestamp: The date/time measurement was TAKEN.
Created: The date/time measurement was RECEIVED (transferred/transited) by Tenovi's server by the patient's gateway.
