Connect Gateway ID to devices on the Dashboard

1. Go to https://access.vitelhealth.com/ and login by Continue with Google using your ViTel Health Email.

2. Go to RPM/CCM Remote Patient Monitoring

3. Click View Data Management System

4. It will automatically bring you to Patients. Wait 10 seconds for it to load (as shown) to view your patients.

5. Search Patient
6. Open up patient Chart

7. Click Devices
8. Click Order Device

9. Click Existing

10. Insert Gateway ID

11.  Select Device

12. Click Order Device

13. Devices will show on Device list

If you have multiple devices, repeat steps 8-12 (gateway ID may already be filled out)
