Order Replacement Device in Tenovi as a Health Coach

  1. Login to Tenovi
  2. Click Devices
  1. Go to Search Device and enter device ID/patient name
  2. Click All
  1. Find device you want to replace
  2. Click 3 dots

7. Click Order Replacement

8. Go to Select Device to Replace and click device or device + gateway

  1. Verify or add information
  2. Click Request Replacement
