Log in to your Tenovi account.

Go to Devices

Click + Add Device

Select Device(s)
Change to Dropship from Tenovi (charges may apply)
Fill in: Shipping Name, Shipping Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Patient ID
Click Add Device
