- Login to Ring Central
- Click on your profile Icon
- Click Call Incoming call rules
4. Click to turn on "Forward all calls"
5. Click on right arrow
6. Click on them to change it to Sent to Voicemail
7. Click on Custom or Right Arrow
8. Click on Red Circle
9. Click read button to start and stop recording.

Sample 2 to ViTel Health Team Line:
Hi, you have reached the voicemail for FIRST NAME with ViTel Health, I am current out of the office from ____ to ____ and will be back on ____. Please either leave a message and I will get back to you when I am back in the office or please contact the ViTel Health Team at 800-839-6207. Thank you and I hope you have a great day.
10. Press play to listen to recording
11. Click Upload if recording is ready (go back to Step 8 if would like to re-record)
12. Click Done
Click Add Schedule
Set ALL day
Set the Start date and End date
Then click Set
Click Save
It will show "Settings saved successfully" and show you the dates and times when the calls will be forwarding.
