1. Login to ViTel Health Dashboard

Click on Reports

Keep Monthly RPM Patient Report

Change Month to desired month of reports

Change/keep year to desired year of reports

Choose client for all Client Reports

*If a specific patient, you may search for a patient with their first or last name (still required to choose client)

Click Download to each patient's monthly report you wish to download, one at a time.
*Best to create a folder in downloads titled "Monthly RPM Reports," to distinguish RPM vs CCM reports.

*Side Note, you may want to rename all the RPM reports with "_RPM" at the end as the file name does not indicate if it's RPM or CCM.
