Relink/Reconnect Devices to a Patient on Tenovi as a Health Coach

Log in to your Tenovi account.

Go to Devices

  1. Enter Pt Name or Gateway ID
  2. Select ALL

Find patient's device(s) you wish to relink

Click to edit Gateway ID
(It may have "N/A" or an old Gateway ID)

Insert/edit Gateway ID in both "Gateway ID" and "Confirm Gateway ID"
Click Edit Device

Do that for each device you wish to relink/reconnect with that Gateway ID.
Test by having patient take a reading.
Tip: First power-cycle gateway then have them take a reading on their device(s)
